Disclosure
Sell More Academy founder Ben McGary is an owner of High Level Admins. Sell More Academy does not score companies its founder owns, so this evaluation has no scorecard and no star rating. Every fact below comes from High Level Admins' published site, and the limits get the same space as the strengths.
What High Level Admins Does
High Level Admins runs HighLevel for US businesses that already use it. It assigns people who do the work inside your account: setup, CRM and pipelines, workflows, funnels, calendars, phone and call tracking, AI agents, integrations, email and SMS, reviews, reporting, courses, payments, migrations, and day-to-day admin. Its specialists also cover work connected to HighLevel, including cold email, ad management, and content creation.
The company reports 6+ years working in HighLevel daily and 100+ accounts serviced, and it is led by a HighLevel Certified Admin. Its disclaimers note that not every team member holds a HighLevel certification.
How the Plans Compare
Every monthly plan is month to month with 30 days' notice to cancel.
- Specialist at $1,500 a month gives you 1 experienced specialist who owns your delivery
- Admin at $2,500 a month puts 2 people in your account full-time, 40 hours a week each: 1 technical specialist and 1 admin for tasks, communication, and support
- Pod at $4,500 a month gives you access to up to 4 specialists matched to the skills your work needs, with 1 account lead
- Setup starts at $5,000 for a one-time build scoped in a written statement of work. Larger builds typically run $15,000 to $20,000 or more.
- Enterprise is custom
Your HighLevel subscription, ad spend, A2P and messaging fees, AI usage inside your account, and third-party tools are billed separately. The first monthly fee is refundable if you cancel by day 14, and Setup fees are never refunded.
How Work Gets Delivered
The process starts with a free 30-minute fit call, then a proposal and agreement, then a strategy session where your account lead collects access and walks you through the statement of work. Your matched team is ready within 2 weeks of the first payment.
Each build goes through internal QA and arrives as a final version, and any change you request goes back through QA before it returns. Before an import, migration, bulk edit, or deletion, the team exports your data and snapshots the account. Everyone on the account signs an NDA, and logins stay in a password manager.
The team uses Claude and other approved AI tools, and a person checks every output and writes every message you receive. AI agents built for your business launch only after your written approval.
Where It Falls Short
Communication is the biggest trade-off. Everything runs by email with your account lead, plus scheduled calls, and High Level Admins takes no phone calls, texts, or chat messages outside those calls. It acknowledges every email within 1 US business day and handles urgent issues the same US business day.
Price comes next. High Level Admins says it costs more than other providers and competes on quality and expertise. A business that needs a single fix will pay less with a freelancer, and the $5,000 Setup minimum rules out small one-time jobs.
New team members take up to 2 weeks to be ready, so it is not a same-day rescue for a broken account.
Who It Is Not For
- Businesses that do not have a HighLevel account yet
- Anyone who wants phone, text, or chat support on demand
- Owners with a single fix or small build that does not justify a monthly plan or a $5,000 setup
- Businesses outside the United States
Alternatives to Weigh
- Helped.com, formerly HL Pro Tools, fits agencies that want white-label client onboarding and support under their own brand
- A freelance HighLevel specialist fits a single fix or a small build you can manage yourself
- An in-house hire fits a business with enough steady HighLevel work to keep 1 person busy and the time to train and manage them
Strengths and limits
What it does well
- Flat monthly pricing is published on the site, from $1,500 a month
- Admin plan puts 2 full-time people, a technical specialist and an admin, in your HighLevel for $2,500 a month
- Month to month with 30 days' notice and a 14-day refund window on the first monthly fee
- Every build goes through internal QA and arrives as a finished, tested final version
- Covers work connected to HighLevel too, including cold email, ad management, and content
- Exports your data and snapshots the account before any import, migration, bulk edit, or deletion
Where it falls short
- Email only outside scheduled calls, with no phone, text, or chat support
- Priced above many HighLevel providers, as its own FAQ says
- Setup fees are non-refundable, and monthly refunds end after day 14
- Requires an existing HighLevel account, and HighLevel, messaging, AI usage, and ad spend are billed separately
- New team members take up to 2 weeks to be ready
Best for
- US businesses that already run on HighLevel and want the work done for them
- Owners who would rather email a request than log in and build
- Teams with ongoing work across several parts of HighLevel, from workflows to cold email
- Businesses moving to HighLevel that want their data backed up before the migration
Not for
- Businesses that do not have a HighLevel account yet
- Anyone who wants phone, text, or chat support on demand
- A single fix or small build that does not justify a monthly plan or a $5,000 setup
- Businesses outside the United States

The verdict
Worth it only for US businesses already on HighLevel that want a dedicated team doing the work and are comfortable working by email. The Admin plan puts 2 full-time people in your account for $2,500 a month on month-to-month terms, and phone and chat support are not offered on any plan.
Why this verdict
- Published flat pricing from $1,500 a month, with no long-term contract
- Admin plan covers 2 full-time people for $2,500 a month
- Every build goes through internal QA and arrives as a final version
- Email-only communication outside scheduled calls
- Owned in part by Sell More Academy's founder, so this evaluation is unscored
