Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Sell More Academy website at sellmoreacademy.com (the "Site") and our services (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sell More Academy ("we," "us," or "our").
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Sell More Academy provides:
• Online sales training and educational content
• Live daily masterclasses covering AI, Branding, Marketing, Sales, and Systems
• Recorded class vault access
• Private community access for members
• Hot seat coaching sessions (Vendere Plus tier)
• Tools, templates, and resources
• Directory access and affiliate program participation
3. AFFILIATE AND REFERRAL COMPENSATION DISCLOSURE
Sell More Academy may receive financial compensation for recommendations made within our Services, including during live classes, in recorded content, through our directory listings, and in community discussions. We participate in affiliate marketing programs with various software providers, business tools, educational platforms, and service providers. When you purchase products or services through links or recommendations we provide, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. We also operate a member referral program where members can earn commissions for referring new members to Sell More Academy. All affiliate relationships and compensation arrangements comply with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines. Despite these financial relationships, we are committed to recommending only products, services, and resources we genuinely believe will benefit our members. We make no guarantees about the results you will achieve from any recommended products or services, and your purchasing decisions are entirely your own. Testimonials and examples provided by us, guest speakers, or members are not intended to represent or guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.
4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND ELIGIBILITY
4.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
4.2 Application Process
Access to Sell More Academy is selective and requires:
• Submission of a completed application
• Approval by our admissions team
• Completion of an admissions call (when applicable)
• Payment of applicable membership fees
We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. Admission is not guaranteed, even if you complete the application process.
4.3 Account Security
You are responsible for:
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and complete information during registration
5. MEMBERSHIP TIERS AND PRICING
5.1 Sell More Membership ($47/month)
Includes:
• 2 live group calls per week (Monday AI, Friday Systems)
• Access to AI and Systems daily content
• Community access
• Full vault access to past sessions
5.2 Vendere Plus Membership ($197/month)
Includes everything in Sell More, plus:
• 4 live group calls per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday + Monday & Friday)
• Weekly hot seat group coaching session (Thursday)
• Access to Branding, Marketing, and Sales masterclasses
• Priority community support
• 10% discount in Sell More Store
5.3 1:1 Coaching
Available on Tuesdays only, paid separately from membership. Pricing and booking details provided upon request.
6. PAYMENT TERMS
6.1 Billing
All memberships are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Your payment method will be automatically charged on the same day each month until you cancel your membership.
6.2 Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during checkout. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
6.3 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to process the payment again. If payment cannot be processed after multiple attempts, your access to the Services may be suspended or terminated.
6.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle but will apply to subsequent billing cycles. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increases.
7. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
7.1 Cancellation by Member
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.
7.2 No Refunds
All payments are non-refundable. You will continue to have access to the Services through the end of your paid billing period.
7.3 Cancellation by Sell More Academy
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. In the event of termination by us without cause, you will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your membership.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
8.1 Our Content
All content provided through our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, audio, software, and course materials, is the property of Sell More Academy or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:
• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content
• Create derivative works from our content
• Sell, license, or otherwise commercialize our content
• Share your account access with others
• Record, screenshot, or copy live classes or vault content
• Use our content to create competing products or services
8.3 Trademarks
"Sell More Academy," "Veritas Vendere," and our logo are trademarks of Sell More Academy. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
9. USER CONDUCT AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree not to:
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Share false, misleading, or deceptive information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other members or staff
• Spam or send unsolicited communications to other members
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Services
• Engage in any activity that could damage our reputation or business
10. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
When participating in our community, you agree to:
• Be respectful and professional in all interactions
• Provide constructive feedback and support to other members
• Protect the confidentiality of other members' information
• Follow the guidance of moderators and staff
• Contribute positively to the community atmosphere
11. DISCLAIMERS
11.1 No Guarantees
While we strive to provide high-quality educational content, we make no guarantees regarding your sales results, revenue increases, or business outcomes. Your success depends on many factors beyond our control, including your effort, implementation, market conditions, and individual circumstances.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SELL MORE ACADEMY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS; (C) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF THE SERVICES; (D) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, OR OTHER HARMFUL CODE; (E) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; OR (F) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sell More Academy and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another party; or (d) any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Services.
14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
14.1 Informal Resolution
If you have any dispute with us, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days before pursuing formal legal action.
14.2 Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
14.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree to bring claims against us only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
